It was glamorous at the UniOsun opening ceremony of the Entrepreneurship Studies and Innovation Training Programme for freshers and returning students of Osun State University ~H.E Ngozi Adeleke
The theme of this year's program "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP: THE IMPERATIVE OF CURRICULUM REVIEW FOR NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT" aligns perfectly with Osun State University's focus on providing self-reliant, entrepreneurship-focused education to its students.
As the *"Entrepreneurship Mother of the Day"*, I had the opportunity to share my experiences and insights on the importance of entrepreneurship and innovation in today's rapidly evolving global landscape.
I emphasised the need for students to be equipped with the necessary skills and mindset to navigate the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities presented by emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence.
During my address, I encouraged the students to embrace a entrepreneurial spirit, to think creatively and to not be afraid to take calculated risks. I also shared some of the key strategies and best practices that have contributed to the success of the Esther Adeleke Humanitarian Foundation, which I founded.
Overall, it was nice to be part of this important event and to contribute to the development of the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovators at Osun State University. I am grateful to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye and the entire university community for the invitation and I look forward to continuing to support the institution's efforts in nurturing a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation.
